Citygrow Energy System Limited Online Store Warranty Terms & Conditions
Before requesting warranty services, please carefully read the following terms and conditions, applicable to products purchased through the official Citygrow online store.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Citygrow System Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) guarantees that, under normal usage conditions, if the product is found to be damaged or malfunctioning, the Company will provide free repair services within the 3-year warranty period.
- The warranty period starts from the date of the sales invoice or electronic receiptissued by the official online store.
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided when requesting warranty service, including an order confirmation email, electronic receipt, or invoicefrom the Citygrow online store.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will become void in the following circumstances, and the Company will provide a repair quotation based on individual cases:
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications: The product has been repaired, replaced, or modified by any person not authorized by the Company.
- Improper use or external damage:
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage connection, negligence, accidents, malicious actions, natural disasters, or other external forces.
- The product has liquid intrusion, foreign object entry, severe contamination, or physical damage.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers: This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from the Citygrow official online storeor its authorized e-commerce platforms.
3.Repair & Service
- Replaced parts will not be returnedafter repair.
- If the product has hidden defects, after inspection and repair quotation, if the customer requests to retrieve the product, the Company does not guaranteethat the original condition (including but not limited to appearance, function, and previous issues) can be restored.
- To apply for warranty service, customers must provide the original proof of purchasefor verification.
- The warranty service does not cover consumable partsthat suffer damage due to normal wear and tear, unless the issue is due to defects in materials or manufacturing processes.
4. Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, data loss, or other consequential damagesarising from repair or warranty services.
- Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability for product repair or warranty services exceed the purchase value of the product.
- The Company reserves the right to modify the warranty terms and conditions at any time, with the latest version prevailing.

- In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
5.Additional Terms for Online Purchases
- Return & Exchange Policy
- Product Defect Return Policy:
- If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or non-functional within 7 days from the purchase date, the Company will provide free replacement or repair services.
- Warranty Service:
- From the purchase date to 3 year, if the product experiences issues not caused by customer misuse, the Company will provide free repair services, ensuring the product meets normal usage standards.
6. Mail-in Repair Terms
- Shipping Costs:
- For warranty repairs, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the productto the Company. The Company will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired product to the customer.
- Shipping Guidelines:
- Customers should ensure that the product is adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. If improper packaging results in damage during shipping, warranty services may be affected.
7. International Purchases & Shipping Restrictions
- The warranty applies only to products purchased from the official Citygrow online store and is valid only in regions where the Company provides official warranty services.
- Customers outside covered regionsmay need to bear additional costs for shipping or repairs through a local service provider.
- Certain products may have regional restrictions, and customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with local electrical standards or specifications before purchasing.
8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse Policy
- Citygrow reserves the right to deny warranty serviceif fraudulent activities, serial number tampering, or abuse of the return policy is detected.
- Customers found engaging in fraudulent claims may have their future purchases restricted from the online store.
